We were not thinking about selling our single family rental home in Worcester after our tenant moved out, we were thinking more on the lines of, cleaning or have a cleaning company do a thorough cleaning as the former tenant was a heavy smoker, and having a painter paint the entire inside and the exterior wooden trim.
